Return policy for Myestique

At Myestique, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your jewelry purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:
Right of return: you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. The statutory right of withdrawal allows you to try on the items you have purchased and check whether they meet your expectations.
Return conditions: The returned products must be in their original condition and show no signs of wear or damage. Please return the returned items in their original packaging or comparable packaging.
Return procedure: To request a return, please contact our customer service at Info@Myestique.de. We will inform you of the necessary steps for the return.
Refund: Once we have received and inspected your returned items, we will refund you the full purchase price. Refunds are usually issued within 7 working days of receipt of the returned goods.
Hygienic aspects: Please note that for hygienic reasons, opened or worn jewelry that shows clear signs of use cannot be returned. This is to protect the health and hygiene of our customers.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

How can I exchange or return something?
You can exchange or return items within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information. For returns, please send an e-mail with the order number and the reason for the return to Info@Myestique.de.
What payment methods do we offer?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, bank transfer and more. You can select your preferred payment option during the checkout process. Your payment information is secure with us and is encrypted to make your transaction as convenient and secure as possible.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Within Germany, we offer free shipping for orders over 50€. Our standard delivery time is 2-4 working days. For particularly urgent deliveries, we also offer express delivery for 8.99 €, which usually takes 1-2 working days.
Please note that for deliveries to Austria the shipping costs for orders under 60 € are 7.99 € and express delivery costs 11.99 €.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to check the current status and estimated delivery time of your shipment. Please also check your spam folder in case the email ends up there.
